    MODI has published recent figures that show fourteen million Australian's are overweight or obese, more than five million Australians are obese with a BMI over 30.


    MODI have suggested that if weight gain continues at these levels by 2025 closed to 80% of all Australian adults and a third of all children will be overweight or obese.


    Obesity has become the single biggest threat to public health in Australia and it predicted that by the time children reach age 20, they will have a shorter life expectancy than other generations due to obesity.
